B2B Receivables & Financial Infrastructure

Receivables
in Motion.

Invifacto is developing infrastructure that connects businesses holding unpaid commercial invoices with independent factoring institutions interested in purchasing eligible receivables. Starting with Canadian freight and trucking.

Currently establishing institutional relationships. Live invoice-purchase services are not yet available.

Why Invifacto

One infrastructure layer. Two sides of a real market.

When businesses finish work but customers pay later, unpaid commercial invoices can tie up working capital. Factoring institutions may purchase qualifying receivables. Invifacto is building a more structured way for these parties to find each other and assess opportunities.

01

Built around the invoice

Our intended workflow focuses on the underlying B2B transaction, its commercial debtor, supporting delivery documents, payment terms and potential claims.

02

Institution-led decisions

Independent purchasers retain control over eligibility, due diligence, pricing, contracting, funding, and collection arrangements.

03

Infrastructure, not lending

Invifacto does not currently lend money or purchase receivables. Our proposed revenues come from separately agreed referral, transaction and technology services.

For businesses

Completed the work. Waiting to be paid?

Our initial focus is Canadian freight and trucking companies that issue invoices after completed deliveries. We are studying how to connect eligible invoice sellers with participating independent factors.

  • Typical evidence may include the commercial invoice, rate confirmation and bill of lading or proof of delivery.
  • An institution may review debtor creditworthiness, disputes, prior assignments and any existing factoring agreement.
  • Actual purchase prices, advances, fees, timing and eligibility depend on the institution's offer.

For factoring institutions

A proposed origination and verification channel.

We are inviting conversations with institutions that purchase Canadian commercial receivables, especially freight invoices. We aim to understand each purchaser's criteria before enabling any matching or onboarding workflow.

Topics for partnership discussions: target industries and regions, invoice-size criteria, acceptable documentation, debtor underwriting, liens/assignments, recourse terms, referrals and API integration preferences.

Partnership discussions

Explore an institutional relationship

Invifacto is seeking institutional feedback and potential referral or technology partnerships. No institution is represented as an active integrated buyer unless an agreement is signed.

The business will provide its invoice and supporting delivery information through a future secure portal.

02

Relevant information will be assessed and presented only to eligible participating institutions under appropriate permissions.
